Hamilton car calls

Car calls in a safe, legally parked vehicle

Car calls are available by advance discussion and screening. The vehicle, parking area, temperature, transportation and privacy plan must be safe, legal and mutually agreed.

Parked only

The vehicle must remain stationary

A car call takes place only while the vehicle is safely and legally parked. Driving begins after the meeting has ended.

No surprise people

Only approved adults may be present

Unexpected drivers, passengers or people waiting nearby can end the request. Anyone involved must be disclosed during screening.

Mutual approval

Every car-call setting requires approval

A car-call request may be declined because of weather, location, vehicle condition, privacy, transportation or another safety concern.

Vehicle requirements

Prepare a clean, safe vehicle

Describe the vehicle and general plan in the first message. Exact meeting details can be shared after screening and confirmation.

Condition

Clean and uncluttered

The seating area should be clean, free of unsafe clutter and large enough for both people to sit comfortably.

Temperature

Heating or cooling must work

Extreme heat or cold can make a parked-vehicle setting unsafe. Weather and climate control are part of the approval decision.

Doors and windows

Normal exits must remain available

Doors, locks and windows should function normally. No one should be trapped, blocked or unable to leave.

Driver

No impaired or unsafe driving

The driver must be sober, licensed and able to provide safe transportation. Driving begins only after the car call has ended.

Firm car-call limits

Unsafe vehicle settings are not accepted

These requirements apply in addition to the general consent and conduct limits on the Services page.

No moving vehicle No impaired driver No unauthorized recording No unexpected passengers No illegal parking area No unsafe or isolated location No blocked exits No last-minute location switch No pressure for exceptions No location with active security concerns

How to request a car call

Include the vehicle plan in the first message

A complete request makes it possible to assess the vehicle and location without exchanging sensitive details too early.

  1. 1

State that you are requesting a car call

Do not request an outcall and switch to a car call after confirmation. The setting must be reviewed in advance.

  2. 2

    Describe the vehicle

Include the general vehicle type, available seating and whether you will be the driver.

  3. 3

    Give the general area

Share the neighbourhood or broad meeting area first. The exact parking spot can wait until the request is screened.

  4. 4

    Explain transportation

Confirm who will drive, that the vehicle will remain parked and how safe return transportation will work.

  5. 5

    Check weather and timing

Allow time for traffic, parking and temperature control. Severe weather may require changing the plan.

  6. 6

    Wait for written approval

The car call is confirmed only after screening and agreement on timing, duration, general location and vehicle plan.

Privacy and location

Privacy must not create an unsafe setting

A location should offer reasonable privacy without creating isolation, restricted access or a situation where someone cannot leave safely.

01

General area first

Start with the neighbourhood or broad parking area. Do not send home addresses, access codes or exact coordinates before screening.

02

Legal parking

The vehicle should be parked where the driver is permitted to park and remain. Avoid fire routes, restricted property and active traffic lanes.

03

Backup plan

Weather, security activity or parking changes may make the original location unsuitable. Any backup location also requires approval.

Car-call questions

Car-call questions

Can the vehicle be moving?

No. A car call takes place only while the vehicle is safely and legally parked.

Can another person wait in the vehicle?

Not unless that person was disclosed and explicitly approved. Unexpected passengers can end the request.

Can I switch an outcall to a car call at arrival?

No. The setting must be discussed and approved before confirmation because the safety requirements are different.

Do published appointment lengths apply?

Request the published 30- or 60-minute length and confirm the final rate, setting and transportation arrangement in writing.

What happens in bad weather?

Extreme temperature, snow, heavy rain or unsafe roads may require a different setting, a delay or cancellation.

Can a car call be recorded?

No unauthorized recording, photography or hidden devices are permitted.
